All the office equipment manufactured by Ricoh is the same for the Lanier product line and the Savin product line. In fact, even the model numbers are now the same.

 

So, if you are an authorized vendor for any of the three product lines, Ricoh, Lanier or Savin, you can service any of the equipment. With all model numbers being the same, the products are exactly the same. Only the name of the product is different, depending on which vendor sold it.
